muscle milk sux...too many saturated fats.
Anyone else?
if bulking id say muscle milk...the saturated fats that are in it come from medium chain tryglycerides which have really no potential for storage. with only 7 grams of MCTs you wil burn that off while you sleep, IMO the stuff is awesome for bulking, never while cutting though
