    pwo simple and strict diet

    how much of a simple carb should be consumed pwo when on a strict diet???
    o buy the way im about 185lbs and under 10% bf

    Ideally one consumes 2 pwo meals of carb/protein after training.

    Amounts determined by your protocol.

    pwo 2:1 ratio of dextrose/protein
    ppwo protein/complex carb like brown rice

    ok its getting down to a month before my deadline and im taking in 1/2 cup oats in the morning after cardio and 1/2 cub brown rice after my pwo, would it benefit me if i cut out the 1/2 rice and upped my broccolli??? or would this not help at all in losing more fat and only help in muscle loss???
