Do you think that doing arms the day after shoulders is overtraining the triceps any.
also for dips it really stretches out your delts , is this hindering anything.?.?

and no i wouldnt think it would in my opinion you only need one press movement for shoulders and that wouldnt put very much stress on your tris!
