Just ran out of flax oil, but I have some fish oil. The fish oil looks like its not nearly the amount of fat as the liquid flax oil per serving. Its something like 1 gram of fat per capsule? I'm thinking I'm gonna need to be popping like 10-15/day at least, there are 100 capsules in here, I'll probably burn through that in like a week huh? I eat natty peanut butter also. Waht are your thoughts?
