    hey guys whats up im new

    lets get one thing straight im fat. lol I am 5'10" and 180lbs. im not really out of shape but I defiantly need to get toned. anyone have a good diet plan for the week? im not really knowledgeable about dieting or nutrition so if you guys could just tell me what foods to and not to eat I think it would help a lot. thnx
