Alright im weighing 205. about 19-22% body fat. i dont really want to be skinny, my goals are to be stronger, and cut, like lean muscle definition. i guess my end goal is looking to be at 195-200lbs at about 10% bf. help me out on a diet plan, or any suggestions to help me achieve my goal are welcome, and another question how much do you think it'll take to get like that?
