    10-15lbs in 1 month ... possible???

ok currently im 185lbs at 5'11" and around 9%bf now i want to loose around 10-15 pounds within a month, well actually about 35 days is when i leave for my vacation! i know it is hard to say if it is possible or not but here's my diet and cardio so you can make the most educated guess you can and/or help me tweek a few things...

    glutamine : cardio 35-45min on empty stomach 6 days/week

    Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    lean protein with Flax

(basically the sticky cutting diet, thanks rambo )

it all works out to about ...
    300g/protein, 130g/carbs, 50g/efa = about 2200 - 2300 cals/day

so, would you say it's possible or what????

I think you'll need more food to do that a month. If everything else is in check, yeah I think anybody could do it.

    Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

GOOD AS LONG AS YOU WAIT 45-60mins AFTER CARDIO IS COMPLETE

    Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

HAVE JUST 1 TBLSP OF FLAX

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    ADD AN EFA HERE

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition

I ASSUME YOU HAVE YOUR PROTEIN/DEX 2:1 RATIO HERE

    Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

DONT USE OATMEAL, RICE IS GOOD.. PREFERABLY BROWN.

    Meal 6:
    lean protein with Flax

    GOOD

You need to wait so that your body continues to burn fat.

No you are in fat burning mode "lipolysis" and as soon as you ingest your first meal, it stops lipolysis in its tracks. So oin average it is best to wait 45-1hr to eat your first meal whether it be a pro/fat or pro/carb....

Considering you are pretty lean already that is alot of weight to lose, now you can lose that much weight but I dont think that you will lose 10-15lbs of pure fat....

i was actually thinking the same, if you do the math i only have 16.65lbs of fat left so, but i always like to set high goals 10lbs would be nice tho! should i taper my carbs down close the date...?

Well if you are looking to get that ripped I would look into a diet that a BB would use leading up to the show.
