    Cheating for PPWO meal

I am really content on this cutting diet. I want to take my rest day of Sunday and eat no carbs but eat things out of the ord like bacon, sausage, pork rinds, etc. I am having 110 grams of carbs spread over my 2 pwo meals. That is the only carbs I have all week, I have none through the day. Since I do not have a cheat or carb day can I make 2 of my ppwo meals through the week something like 50-75 grams of cereal (without milk) or some sort of fat free sugar item?

Well< I did that Keto thing for about 8 months last year and the cheat, carb up day got really out of control. I would put away around 8,000 calories on Sundays with around 1600 grams of carbs. Buffets were my favorite. I would end up losing 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lbs. per week. I got to 170 but felt like a skinny pussy. That is why I am sort of afraid to have a day were I up the carbs a little. Do you think that 6 meals including 50-75 grams of carbs from oats, yams or brown rice would make a differance in the long run as far as muscle preservation is concerned?
