post workout shake
i just read an article about food combining.. and how protein an carbs have trouble digesting together.. this guy suggested having his carbs (dextrose) right after the workout.. then 30 minutes later he would have his protein shake.... any ideas on this?

There are lots of articles/studies/etc that say a lot of different ideas......just use what you know works. I've never split my PWO shake up and I've never had a problem.
