Interesting, personally i would never eat any fast food because I just pack chicken breasts/tuna with me along with some almonds or cashews. Thanks though man.

Every ONCE IN A WHILE i swing through burger king and get a chicken whopper with no mayo. 7 fat, 40 something carbs, and like 35 protein....better than not eating

Good post. I've been eating fast food lately since I'm bulking and have a fast metabolism. I'll have to try some of these. I usually just get a famous star @ carls Jr.

One thing that I HAVE done is just gotten 2 plain grilled chicken sandwiches from a wendy's or somethign and just ditched the buns. Put a lilttle full fat mayo on them and i got a perfect pro/fat meal.

I would think it would be better to do your meal planning on Sunday (or whatever your day off may be). Grill up chicken breasts, hard boil eggs, prepare as much food for the week as possible. Diet is a matter of discipline and planning. It is a matter of priority. I think eating junk food jeopardizes a lot of the hard work done in the gym. If you have to have it - enjoy fast food during a cheat meal. IMO the macro's are just too far off to consider them the rest of the week.

Boston Market is the best for eating "healthy" fast food.

How bad is this for you?? I have been eating it one time a day for like the last 3 weeks and still have been getting good results in my dieting. the rest of my diet is pretty strict.

I am actually bulking but still trying to convert body fat to lean muscle also. I cant figure where they get 20 grams of fat. its only boneless breast and rice. maybe in the oil they use for the rice i guess. it is a lot of rice they give you.

    Cutting? No...

Surviving? yes,...and not to forget the overwhelming guilt of not showing patronage to the great american corporate entities like Pepsico. The stress would be soooooooo unhealthy!
