Tryin to get ripped!
I have a cruise at the end of May and I want to get shredded as can be. I know I need to eat as clean as possible as well as doing cardio. This is what my diet is looking like as of now. I want to eat cleaner if possible.
Lipo 6-Cardio on empty stomach (30-45 min)
Meal 1
8 egg whites/ 1/2 cup oatmeal
Workout
PWO
Protein/dextrose shake
PPWO
Chicken breast/sweet potatoe
Meal 3
Tuna w/ olive oil
Meal 4
Shake w/flax
Meal 5
Lean ground beef/ flax oil
Meal 6
8oz Salmon/ flax oil
Meal 7
Shake w/flax

You need to have more meals before lifting, and move the schedule around a little bit. Other than that it looks good...... you might want to switch some of your fats though to another source. Flax oil that many times a day is probably over doing it, and it is nasty. you'll get tired of it real fast.....try using almonds, natty PB, or another decent tasting healthy fat to switch things up.
