    weight gainer

    Hey bros, what re you guys' opinion on weight gainers? Myoplex 3, 175 cals. one shake if 1, 825 or something like that. I just can not get an appetite. I am currently running Test enan 500mg/wk and deca 400mg/wk I have to make myself eat and I feel I am definatly not gaining like I should be. I weigh 174lbs and am consuming 200g protein a day(mainly in shakes). Let me know some solutions, Thanks

    Shakes CAN'T replace real food. Forcefeed yourself.
