Does anyone know if these are tha best two things to do. By buddy lives on this stuf. I just resently got some and have been doin it for about 2 weeks. While eating a **** load of food, but no certian diet. I just eat when ever i can. The thing is I have gained about 8 pounds but jumped on the scale this morning on an empty stomach and lost 5 pounds. Is this normal? :unsure:
