    Water Intake

    how much water should i be drinking when cycling

    ive heard everything from a quart to a gallon, im doing

    a bulking cycle, 8 meals a day and a buttload of protien

    im trying to do it all with real food but my metabolism is

    so dam fast i have to do 3-4 N-large 2(shakes) just to maintain

    On cycle or not, try to comsume 4L of water per day, every day. Theres no need to take in more than that, unless of course you want to get really bloated.

    Actually the more you consume them more you excrete.

    The less you drink the more water you retain.

    i've been drinking three liters a day
    thats not including the water i get from shakes, food, and other drinks
    i find this to be borderline excessive considering the large amount
    that i pass throughout the day

    but if anything i would drink more before i drank less

    thanks guys, i was way too low, i doubled then tripled the amount,

    i was under the impression i was avoiding bloating when in actuality

    i was encouraging it, dats what i love about dis place
