    Bed time meal question

I am cutting and wanted to know if 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese and a tbsp of natty PB is ok for a before bed meal. Will this store as fat or will I be ok? Im 5'9 - 199 lbs 19%BF - 26 years old.

I usually have a slow releasing protein shake with some healthy fats before bed.

Its not bad, try to have a whey shake and a tablespoon of flax oil if you can, that would be even better.

1/2 cup of cc and some pb sounds pitiful for a meal though.

I have incorporated fat free cottage cheese w/ natty PB before bed, it has worked quite well but i am switching it up once again and am now back to a shake w/ flax....

Just watch the Natty PB, that **** is addictive...

It's a good choice of substances, but the AMOUNT seemed ridiculously low for a "meal".
