    Water intake and cycling creatine

I recently just started taking CEX creatine from VPX. I will be taking it before and after I workout. The days I don't workout, I will take it once.

My question is, do you need to cycle creatine or could you take it every day for the rest of your life? Will taking it every single day without cycling shut down your natural creatine production? If you need to cycle what is a good rotation (4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off ok)?

Another question I have is, will being on creatine help me with boxing? What if I take it right before a sparring session or a bag workout?

Also, how much more water should I drink when on creatine?

    Drink 1-2 gallons of water.
It would be best to cycle creatine for 8-10 weeks, take a few weeks off then start up again.
