    When To Take The Fatties?

    Alright i have flax oil and fish oil, when should i take them? I heard do not take fats with protein....is this just PWO? Please let me know when and with what i should take these. THANKS!

    Take them with protein every time except pwo and ppwo. The fat slows down the absorption of protein, thats why PWO and PPWO are a no no

    Also, PWO and PPWO should be pro/carb meals... and mixing carbs/fats is bad.

    i dunno i take my fats in the last 3 meals of the day.. so no carbs after my PPWO meal... plus i think taking the fats in the last 3 meals is better cuz u are less active.. well atleast i am less active at night

    take fats in anytime you are having protein but never when you are having pro/carb
    i have 3 pro/carbs and 3 or 4 pro/fats on a lifting day.

    however many you want... PWO and PPWO are the only ones that are definately supposed to be pro/carb
