    what is it? what does it do? ive heard varying and vague things about this

    I don't think it has any direct effect (eating muscle tissue, etc..) but the related effects definately aren't good.

    1) Hops in beer raises estrogen levels
    2) Most people don't eat for 4-6 hours while drinking... bad for muscle metabolism
    3) Most people feel like $hit the next day and don't want to eat or train properly... kind of puts a dent in your diet/lifting schedule.
    4) Save all that money and buy FOOD instead

    dehydrates
    and you end up in a cheap motel with a dog by your side when you wake up

    thats enough for me, but in moderation it can be included into your 'diet' but i do stress the word moderation
