Cutting diet?
Aight i wanna loose some extra kgs i gained through out the cycle.. from 74 kgs in 2 months ive gained to 89 kgs mostly muscle but my belly got big as well.. so hows this for a cuttin diet..
Meal 1:
Can of tuna, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Designer Whey protein shake, Can of tuna, Almonds * dont really kno w how many pieces.. hoping u guys could tell me?
Meal 3:
Boiled brocolli + can of tuna + calliflower boiled
Meal 5:
chicken breast OR Boiled brocolli + can of tuna + calliflower boiled
Meal 6:
Designer Whey 2 scoops
i wanna keep the muscle but loose the waist will this diet work? alkng with clen /thermo red
