    Can this be done?

Can I still cut up by keeping my calories in check and evenly spaced out throughout the day? Maybe a 60/30/10 (carb/pro/fat) macro ratio?
Is there anyone on this board that utilizes this approach?
When my blood sugar gets too low I have all sorts of problems, I need a little carbohydrate here and there...more than is recommended on this board (possible hypo-glycemic).

that is pretty low fat....i would try 40/40/20 to start if you really have an issue with a lower carb approach.

Yeah 60% carbs very high IMHO.

If you want to be a smaller, just as fat person, it's okay. For true FAT loss, nope.
