Is there such a thing as a 'in between' cutting/bulking diet?

Just did my very first Test E shot, doing 325mg a week for my first cycle.

I do not want to cut, but I also do not want to fully 'bulk' I can not afford to pack on a lot of fat and excess water as my career and daily life activities wouldnt not permit it. I also do not want to get stuck with having to shed tons of unwanted weight. My question is, should I just do a 'bulk diet', but cut down the calories a tad? Is there a suggested diet that would land somewhere between cutting and bulking?

I would like to gain a solid 5-10lbs of LEAN muscle by the end of my 12 weeks. I would like to stay as lean as possible throughout the cycle.

Well, look atop the Stickies in this forum...

Here is something similar to what you're looking for... for lean bulking...

Furthermore, post your diet, and the gurus here can critique it....

My diet changes so much per day, I do not have a consistent everyday diet as I like to mix things up. I don't eat any sort of junk tho. I count my calories with a program called Crosstrainer and my goals, currently:

    3000 calories a day
    40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat

I basically just make sure that by the end of the day my diet is around that.

The only consistancy in my diet are the 3 protein shakes a day, oatmeal for breakfast, and the 2 cans of tuna per day. Other than that I always eat chicken or steak everyday, at least a pound of steak when I do. Perhaps I should actually take a log this week and do a repost with my exact diet.

    Stats: 24y/o, 185, 13% BF, First cycle 325mg/week for 12 weeks - Proper PCT

Yes, log what you're eating bro...

Are you mixing carbs and fats? When are you eating? What do you ingest Pre and Post WO... What do you ingest before bed? Cardio?

Record what you're doing after a week, and holla back at us... the bros here will help you out for sure...

You started your first cycle without a proper diet layout first?

I eat very healthy, I am sure my diet will be 'fine' when I post it.

My daily diet consists of tuna, shakes, chicken or steak, often I mix the chicken and/or steak into a salad that includes cucumbers, tomatos, avacado. I usually throw a little pasta in the mix. I also eat fruits on a daily basis.

Honestly, there isnt 1 thing that I eat that is 'bad' or unbalanced. My diet is absolute dead on 40/40/20 @ 3000. The only thing I am considering now is upping the calorie intake a tad.
