    4 drum sticks = 48 grams of fat

    Man, thats getting near an entire days worth of fat intake. Do you guys find its sometimes hard to stay within your fat intake on a 40/40/20 diet?

    your fats shouldnt be coming from drumsticks...saturated fats arent good..

    your fats should come from almonds, olive oil, flax oil etc.

    You need EFA's, not grease

    absolutely agree. I took a second look and realized drumsticks were much higher in fat than a fillet. Ive never really had drumsticks while counting calories. Guess its the fillet's I will be sticking to

    I guess I was just a bit confused. I just figured, at first, that drumsticks were a lean source of intake
