I don't know what else to do with this diet
DIET- CARBS, PROTEIN,FAT,CAL
MEAL ONE 7 EGG WHITE + 25ALMONDS 5CARBS ,35PROTEIN, 15FAT 329CAL
PROTEIN SHAKE PLUS +OLIVE OIL 6CARBS+30PRoTEIN+15 FAt 130CALS
TUNA AND SALAD+MAYONASSE 10CARBS +50PROTEIN+10FAT+ 250CALS
WORKOUT
PWO 50CARBS+ 50PROTEIN+ 2FAT 320CALS
2CHICKEN BREAST+SALAD 10CARBS+50PROTEIN+4FAT+280CALS
PROTEIN SHAKE 6CARbs 23PROTEIN +2FAT+129CALS
CHICKENBREAST 0CARBS 25PROTEIN +2FAT+120CALS
86CARBS+ 50FAT+265PROTEIN----1820CALS

are you really only eating 1620 calories??? i put women on higher intakes than that...i think you are severly undereating. No male should be eating under 1800 cals and that is mainly for a sedentary individual. if you eat too little your metabolism will slow down and you will never lose the fat.

I am around 2300 kcals on my cuttiung right now...it varies a bit...
