ok i looked at the cuttin sticky.. my prob is i dont understand the concept of eating healthy to help u loose weight im use to just starvin myself.. ;/ so if i get this right this is how im going to achieve the most of my cutting and keep my gains..
(am cardio 45 min)
meal 1: pro/fat meal
meal 2: pro/fat meal
meal 3: pro/carb (prefferably half a cup of oatmeal) * I hope this wont make me keep fats
(lift weights)
meal 4: pro/fat (i dont mind not havin carbs as post)
and meals 5-6-7 all pro or pro/fat meals
so basically i should only take carbs when i need the energy right?
