    Little help guys..

    ok i looked at the cuttin sticky.. my prob is i dont understand the concept of eating healthy to help u loose weight im use to just starvin myself.. ;/ so if i get this right this is how im going to achieve the most of my cutting and keep my gains..

    (am cardio 45 min)
    meal 1: pro/fat meal
    meal 2: pro/fat meal
    meal 3: pro/carb (prefferably half a cup of oatmeal) * I hope this wont make me keep fats
    (lift weights)
    meal 4: pro/fat (i dont mind not havin carbs as post)
    and meals 5-6-7 all pro or pro/fat meals

    so basically i should only take carbs when i need the energy right?

    or i can keep my oatmeal in the AM so i wont risk storing any fat as it will burn throughout the day for sure..?

    I'd change meal 4 to pro/carb. You should be taking a PWO shake with dextrose and protein in a 2:1 ratio.

    I eat a Pro/Carb meal after cardio (45 min wait)... but that's only cuz I need the added energy...... most ppl will still suggest pro/fat...

    As for the rest of your carbs, they should come as PWO (as AandF mentioned) and PPWO..........

    Ditto..... and my body seems to react better to a pro/carb meal after cardio. Just wait 45 minutes or so before you eat it. And if you use R-ala, pop 100mgs with some biotin after you finish it.

    PRO/FAT OR PRO/CARB...YOUR CHOICE

    meal 2: pro/fat meal

    It will help a great deal if you would post your actual food with your times eating them etc... that way we can get a better idea how to assist you.

    Just as mentioned before, it is up to you and how your body reacts to what type of meal you wish to implement after AM cardio. I have gotten good results w/ pro/fat and i am switching back to pro/carb next week just to switch it up and see what happens.

    Most of your carbs will come from PWO & PPWO....

    thnx for the help guys nah slizzut its dif its a cut up version just mentioning pro/fat pro/carb tryin to get the whole sequence right so far so good aight ill post up my full diet once i plan it all out thnx guys
