    carb intake on resting days

    should it be the same like it is on training days?

    I usually only eat carbs for breakfast on non-workout days.

    I generally consume less, because of the absensce of PWO carb intake...

    Kinda depends if your Cutting, Bulking, etc....

    There is no PWO or PPWO since you are not working out. But I always start the day off with a pro/carb. All my other carbs come from PWO and PPWO.
