Hey guys, I am going to be going to Mexico for four days in March for spring break. I want to have fun but I lose gains quickly and was wondering if I could get some advice on some food I could bring with me so I don't starve. I bought a box of protein bars, and I am bringing some dumbells so I can do a few light workouts. I was also thinking of bringing my george foreman grill and a bunch of chicken. Do you guys have any other ideas as far as food goes so I don't lose all of my gains while I am there?
