    carbs/dextrose after cardio

Alright guys im strapped for time and need my sleep right now so I have been doing my cardio after my workout I know its a little less efficient but I have yet to alter my trainning schedule.

Anyway my question is since my cardio comes after my workout my pwo meal should be different correct?

Should I just use whey isolate and no dex or would the simple carbs not blunt the fat loss effects too much?

I suggest seperated the days you lift and the days you do cardio. Meaning lift on monday then maybe do your cardio on tuesday afternoon when you would normally lift. It makes it more efficient, nutrtition wise.

If you do cardio after weights, I would still consume the typical 2:1 dex/protein shake. If anything, I would probably do HIT if I did cardio after weights. You can be done in 15-20 minutes, so the optimal recovery time is still mostly there.
