Need info for diet
Iam a male cheerleader and would like some info on what would be a good diet to help with my sport. I am taking 50mg a day winstrol and 2ml a week of tren w/ test ethonate in it. I would like to build stength and a physical body for tumbling and stunting.

My diet is very lean, full of fruits, veggies, lean meat, protein shakes, etc. I eat most of them together 6 times a day. With protein shakes for 3 of them.
