How many calories should I be taking in?
A friend of mine is telling me that I need to be eating 6-7,000 calories a day while I'm on a cycle (test/deca /dbol right now).
Personally, I think I shouldn't have to eat anymore then 4,000. I'm 5'10", 165lbs, real low body fat. I can see a 200+ pound person needing 6-7,000 a day, but someone of my size shouldn't need that much, right?

I'm on a liquid Winny cycle right now, yep gotta get ready for spring break.

Use the link AandF posted, and you should be a able to figure out how much calories you should be taking in to grow.

yes eat eat eat as much and as often as you can !! diet is 80% of the cycle
