I'm a chic so this won't impress ya'll. I AM a mother of 2 girls, 4 and 7 years of age - my grocery bill runs about 100 bucks a week.
But, don't ask me how much I spend on going OUT to eat! :shock:
between food and supps- you don't wanna know- and to be honest I don't either.

I just spent about $500 on Myoplex for my cycle. Ouch!
About $120.00 a week and my supplements are free (creatine, ECA, Glutamine, Whey Protein, Protein Bars etc.) so i guess you can say i am luck in that department.
$100. Just to feed little old me.
Food runs me about 220 canadian per week, supps would probably be another 50 or so.
if we're gonna count supps, i usually drop about $175 a week
Including supps.....$150-200 per week for me
ALOT. And more than that during the holidays but then again I am expected to cook for alot of folks then so that really should not count.
