Im trying to get my diet all straightn'd out , I eat all the good stuff like chicken, tuna, veggies, a lot of protein shakes. But I also eat alot of crap like chiledogs, fries wit gravy, pizza, plies of pasta, cupcakes, soda, chips, and i dont seem to gain any fat im 5'10" 180lbs have a good training program. I believe im an ectomorph and im 23yrs old. It seems to work for me to eat that crap a get those cals in me, and i still have a six pack. should i jus keep this eating style up or no.

I wish i could eat stuff like that and keep my six pack. I say if it ain't broke why fix it...

Eventually it will catch up to you, then you will have to eat cleaner and for a lot longer to maintain your current state.

If you want to gain pounds, eat more. Not eating enough calories to gain weight.
