    carb intake

    hey im just wondering....

    on one of the stickies it suggests 300g/day of carbs

    my question is, does the 300g of carbs include the dietary fiber which is classified as carbs under most food labels? and does it include the simple sugars which some foods have? (not junk foods, but we all need to drink SOME orange juice, and SOME milk, etc)

    or just in general, when they say you need X amount of carbs a day when bulking or whatever... do they include fiber and sugar in that statement? or are they referring to 100% complex carbs

    Well in the sticky you start the day with like 50g then PWO is 80g and PPWO probably another 50g.

    The sticky is only for one bodyweight, you have to adjust it for your bodyweight/type/etc.
