I eat no carbs through the day and then take in 80 Grams of Dextrose PWO. I up carbs a little every 4th day (rest day) for fuel for the upcoming 3 days. I have 3 carbs meals of about 50-70 grams every other meal. How much can my body take in in one meal (carbs)? What I am saying is it better to spread the 3 meals or can I do it all in one meal. I have no cheat days, just the minor carb load every 4th day. The carbs are from oats or sometimes whole wheat pasta and straight tomato sauce.
