    Whole Wheat Pasta???

Is the difference that huge between eating Whole wheat pasta and say, brown rice or yams? I can't do yams, brown rice gets old, and oats as well. I'm not saying whole wheat pasta daily, but a few times a week ok?

I meant as the solid pwo meal that is eaten.....usually that is pwo2 or the meal after a liquid offering.

whole wheat spaghetti is awesome! I have it for every meal between breakfast and my before bed snack. So thats about 3 times a day. Albeit, this is on a non-cutting diet; a clean bulking kind of diet. Throw some plain tomato sauce over it and youre ready to go!!
