Cottage Cheese and tuna Yum Yum
I haven't seen this posted anywhere so I will throw it out there. One can of tuna and a half pound of non-fat cottage cheese gives you 65 gms of protein and tastes great. The first time someone told me to try it I almost ralphed, but it is the best way to harf down the tuna.

No chance I'll be trying this one, almost sounds as bad as the Tuna protein shake.

I can almost guarantee that you will like it. Albertson's NF or another 1-2% is great. Got hooked on my first cycle in college and never looked back. Try it...you will thank me.

I don't do dairy.
On cheat days I'll eat that stuff, yup, but I won't be f*cking it up w/tuna!

Swole...do you think dairy (even nf cc) is bad? I know the sugars aren't great, but is a pound a day really that bad?

Jeebus, i am not going near that crap. Fat Free cottage cheese is ok but 1lb? Thats just ridiculous, i pray you are not cutting although i would'nt eat that much bulking.

I've done that before, but only while bulking. Then I got sick of it, so now I mix tuna with flax oil.
