    to cut or to bulk?

    I need to gain size, yet burn alot of fat. My stomach is flabby. I am working out 4/wk plus just started 30min cardio 3/wk to lose fat. What diet should I use, cutting or bulking??? I dont want to lose the size of my arms, or anything else, just fat around stomach, and some fat in chest. Any help will be much appreciated.

    Cut first, its much easier to lose the fat now then to bulk and then you wont only have to lose your current fat but youll also have some of that excess bulk as well. If you follow the cutting sticky to the T youll notice minimum muscle loss bro.
