Does anyone know if Polish Kielbasa has alot of fat,normally i dont hit this stuff but its easter time and due to my background we eat this stuff and its somewhat good......
just wondering is their alot of fat???????
my mom says it has a lil fat but being that its pork i thought it has alot of fat,but than she says everything has fat and i got pissed........

per 2 oz. serving size
17 grams total fat
8 grams of protein
2 grams of Carbos
550 mg. of Sodium

yah Kielbasa i got isn't store package,its like FRESH MADE,BUTCHER STUFF,so fat content should be lower?

Well it may not be on my diet plan but I have to admit a foundness for the stuff. Especially as a completement for various vegetables.
