hey i was tryin to do a bulk diet, its hard to do this cuz of school and all but this is what i came up with.
meal1: oatmeal, yogurt
meal2: 1/2 serving of n large
meal3. tuna,
meal4: 1/2 serving n large
meal5: lasagna
meal6: 1/2 n large (b 4 bed)
is it alright if i take n large that many times per day
