Healthy Choice
My mom makes all the food in the house and she is away for a month. I was thinking about frozen dinners and I went and bought a variety of the healthy choice brand. And I noticed almost every dinner had the nutritional contents of about 25 grams protein/40 grams carbs/5 grams fat. Do you guys think this would be a good diet for the next month for lean mass building.
It would come out to 200 grams of protein, 320 grams of carbs , and 40 grams of fat. That would come out to about 4,000 calories. I calculated my metabolism and I burn 3,500 calories a day. So what do you guys think, good diet or bad diet with the healthy choice brand?

Bro, go to the food store, get some chicken, marinade for the chicken, brown rice, and some mixed vegies. Just take an hour and make all your food at once for the whole week. Real food tastes better, and is cheaper than that frozen TV dinner crap.

you could use the month for cutting and just have pro/fat meals - tuna and mayo, shakes with flax.......thats what I did when I was younger and my mom went out of town, b4 I learned how to cook

Lord only knows what's REALLY in those things. So many additives and preservatives that are listed, and probably 2X the amount that are not.
Ugggh.
