Thread: maltodextrin, dextrose???

I was reading the cutting thread and it stats to consume twice as many carbs than protein for PWO. 50% being maltodextrin and 50% being dextrose. Just wondering what the difference was. I have a jug of dextrose but not the maltodextrin. What sources of food have malto in it?
BTW I just ate about 10 homemade chocolate chip cookies with milk... But no more. Hitting the gym at 8am tomw for 1hr of cardio...then stats class, lifting, then chem II....

You can get away with just dex and whey.... nothing wrong with it....

I just use 100% dex, works fine.
