there are alot of threads bout this delete ur thread and search personally i dont care bout the risk too but thats no y i dont eat them the texture just f**** sux
Two reasons to cook them.
1) When you cook them, you actually de-nature the protein which is good in this case, as more of it is bio-available. (You can absorb/utilize more of it) So you don't cheat yourself.
2) You can end up w/salmonella and in the hospital. I was there, d*mn near died, not worth it.

The thought of a hospital visit being fed through an IV is enough motivation for me to cook my eggs.
how much better is it to eat just eggs whites instead of like scrambled eggs?
its better jus to have egg whites but for tase issues if u are makin breakfast or somethin i usually do 2 full eggs and 6 egg white, and that works well 4 meQuote:
