Diet for off days
How does everyone eat on there off days? Should I follow the same diet as when I train? Or should I cut back some carbs. fats, or proteins? Curently, I am following the sticky for gaining lean mass above. Over the past few days I have learned a great deal from this forum. My diet was way off. Please forgive me if this is a dumb question. I am trying to put on 10lbs by early May. I train 5x a week.

On your off days, cut your carbs (depending on the amount you consume Pre WO, and obviously PWO... since you don't need a PWO shake).....
Other than that, it should be pretty much the same bro...
