carb question
when some diets say a certain value of your caloric intake should be from a certain percentage of carbs, are they refering to ALL different types of carbs, such as complex carbs, simple carbs and fiber? or is it JUST complex, low glycemic carbs...
(ofcourse for any diet is better off with most carbs being complex, but im just wondering if many of these diets only refer to complex carbs when they use the term "carbs.")
I asked this question before but i phrased it wrong and didnt really get the answers i was lookn for. My bad.

I think about it like this:
1) You have your pwo dextrose (ideally) so that fits into the carb intake.
2) Green veggies are "carbs", but they are fibrous carbs, so I'd not count these. (as long as eaten within reason)
3) That leaves you w/the rest of the carbs coming from complex ones at all times of the day, if/when you choose to use them in your dietary approach.
