Daily cutting meals
could you guys post your daily cutting meals, times, workout.. i was searchin but theres sooo many posts about cutting and meals i thought this would be a good topic. thanks guys

yes, ive seen the cutting sticky and have printed it out for myself to use as reference. i'm talking actual food, not protein/fat meal.. im saying 2 cans of tuna, handful of almonds.. type of thing if you understand what im saying. basically im trying to get more ideas on what to eat throughout the day

Mix a lean source of protein with a fat or carb............. the options are endless.........
Mix a Group A with either:
i) Group B and/or Group C
ii) Group D
Lean Source of Protein: Group A
Chicken
Tuna
Lean Beef
Venison
Whey
Egg Whites
Complex Carbs: Group B
Oats
Brown rice
Yams/sweet potatoes
Fibrous Vegetables: Group C
Brocolli
Cauliflower
Green beans
Spinach
Cabbage
Brussel Sprouts
Fats: Group D
Extra virgin olive oil
Udo's oil
Flax/Fish oils
Natty PB
Almonds
