How much fat can I have in one sitting?
How much fat can I eat at one time (I separate carbs & fats) without gaining too much fat? Obviously nobody will know an exact answer but is there for example an approximate formula that takes into account height and weight? Or is it just trial and error? I'm 6'7" 225 lbs and shoot for 4000 cals a day in 7-8 clean meals. I have about 20-22 g fat right now in every pro/fat meal.

are you leaning up or bulking ......... im guessing none just maintaining your weight cuz **** 4000cals thats alot but idk hows your metabolism and your daily workout ....... a lil more info ..... me personaly i intake about 10-15g per sitting that would be 4 times a day due to pwo and ppwo on other days that i dont exersize i lean it up a bit more also the fats come from falx seed, almonds, chiken, fish, tuna,natural peanut butter, or this new power butter(the ****). My protein shake is pure whey isolate it has no fat or carbs so its just pure protein..... dont use soy it an cause a rise in estrogen levels

oh im 5'11" or 6' (im not sure). 180LBS 9%bf and im 18yrs old..........
