    Coffee??????crystal light or splenda?

    what would be better on a strict diet.. coffee with splenda or crystal light.. i always use splenda and it has like one carb in a pack. but i have been drinking 2-3 cups of cofee a day and dont want to mess up my diet.. also does diet have any effect on my kcal count? if it does what are the nutritional values?

    will caffeine from coffee affect me if i am taking NITRIX an NO product

    i have heard that you shouldnt take an NO2 product while taking caffeine. i was just wondering if the caffeine from coffee will affect the Nitrix i am taking

    the only thing NO has an effect on is your wallet...read the label on the nitrix and see if it recommends no caffeine.
