Gimme Your SHaKeSs
Hey I would like to see what type of shakes you all drink for the fallowing

I eat food after cardio.
Dextrose and isolate after weights.
I don't use MRP's.

Usually egg whites after cardio, but if low on time, I go with 46g Whey shake w/ 2 tbsp of Natty PB
PWO: Methoxy Pro Chocolate Whey, 1 serving of Phospagen HP (Dex in it), and dextrose (46pro/ 70carb)

PWO Cardio: whey with pb or olive oil
PWO Resistances Training: dex with whey
Meal Replacement: no shakes there

As much as I hate to admit it, I use muscle milk with pasta post weights. It just tastes so **** good, and I seem to get away with using that combo and not getting fat. I also use Evopro tropical blitz by the makers of muscle milk. That stuff is pretty good, and not as high in fat and calories as muscle milk. I don't do cardio so nothing there, and no meal replacements although muscle milk isn't far off.

If I have a shake during the day when I dont have time to eat food or just feel lazy I have a customized protein from TP (40% Whey Iso, 30% Casein, 30% Egg). I will usually throw 1-2tbsp of Udo's oil in it and some splenda of course.
PWO-same as most. WPI/Dex (180cc WPI/ 1/2 Cup+ Dex)
