Sleep, eat??
Since your body repairs itself while you sleep, should I drink a protien shake before i goto sleep on days that I lift?

I have one every night before I go to bed whether I trained that day or not.

Just like the other state, you should have something like a protein shake w/ 1tbsp flax.
Read the cutting stickie and get your diet straightened out ASAP.
