how bad is it to have a glass of wine with po2?
i do this often... will it harm in getting the carbs to the muscles at all? or is the only bad part extra calories?

Not sure but I do it all the time. Unless you are dieting down for a competition I would not worry about it. A glass of wine or two will not hurt you. Some studies show it will actually be beneficial.

yeah thats me.. i wanna be much better this yr...
info sounds good... so it won't get in the way of muscle recoverer?
